This is the way they send the units with holes hacked through the back. You  can see the grit and dirt and large gap leading into the back which is normally is sealed. They hole cut the back open to get at the chip, then slop in silicone and while it is still wet bead blast the back to clean it up. Really?  This plug fell of and the silicone was slathered in media blast material. one tiny thread of silicone held this in... They said this was normal!!!! Gus said just put some more silicone on it...I thought I was in a bad episode of the Twilight zone...Unbelievable.

I never got a working unit, they never honored their warranty, they were absolute pricks beyond imaginations and I lost $250.00.
